PenguinDev and the work around it

PenguinDev began in 2020 as a home for independent client and product work. It developed alongside university studies and professional roles in Germany, growing from websites and digital campaigns into full-stack applications, enterprise interfaces, membership infrastructure, education software, server operations, and long-term technical leadership.

AI-assisted tools are part of the workflow for research and iteration, alongside manual review, testing, and engineering judgment.

  1. education

    Foundations in Tashkent

An exact-sciences education developed alongside the first experiments with HTML, CSS, and PHP, turning a long-standing interest in computers into working websites.

    Exact Sciences

Academic Lyceum of Westminster International University in Tashkent

Alongside the exact-sciences curriculum, began learning HTML, CSS, and PHP, turning an early interest in computers into the first working websites.

  2. work

    First professional work

The first professional role connected frontend development with SEO, social media, commercial support, and the practical responsibility of maintaining a public business presence.

    Frontend Developer / SMM Manager

    BASALT UZBEKISTAN

Worked across web development, marketing, and commercial support: led the basalt.uz homepage, handled SEO and social channels, and supported the sales team.

  3. education / work / milestone
