Adivapeople

A bilingual German staffing website that turns premium positioning into clear service, inquiry, application, and trust-building journeys.

The first viewport establishes the staffing offer, premium tone, and separate client and applicant paths.

Challenge

Adiva needed a premium public website that could communicate trust, services, bilingual reach, and conversion paths for both clients and applicants.

Solution

Delivered a refined multilingual website with structured service content, strong visual presentation, SEO metadata, and clear client/applicant journeys.

Outcome

Created a polished public-facing site for a European client context with a higher visual execution bar.

Snapshot

Adivapeople needed a public presence appropriate for the German staffing market, where the website is part of the client’s first impression. The bilingual experience separates two important journeys: companies requesting qualified event staff and candidates applying to join the team.

The site combines a restrained editorial identity with practical structure. Service categories explain the operational offer, the workflow section makes the engagement process predictable, and dedicated offer/application routes move visitors toward the correct conversion without mixing their needs. Responsive behavior, SEO metadata, legal pages, and consent handling complete the public-facing delivery.

This project supports the portfolio’s systems work by proving a different capability: PenguinDev can also translate a premium European service business into a polished, maintainable, conversion-aware web presence. The public link uses the stable non-www host.
